Having endured his legendary twelve labors, Hercules, the Greek demigod, has his life as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord.
5/10 – Surprisingly entertaining, but Dwayne Johnson was wasted in this film. Used only as a huge dude to smash people in the head with, all of his personality stripped away and like the story-line he teetered between super serious and dull chit chat. A simple film, but this falls firmly in the pile of ‘films to watch when hungover and you don’t want to focus too much on what’s going on’.
