101) The Lego Movie (2014)
An ordinary Lego construction worker, thought to be the prophesied ‘Special’, is recruited to join a quest to stop an evil tyrant from gluing the Lego universe into eternal stasis.
8/10 – A moral tale about imagination and uniqueness, it is what most are referring to as “this generations Toy Story”, and while it isn’t as consistently good as the original Toy Story, it is an excellent movie in it’s own right. It’s funny, quick witted and highly entertaining. Visually impressive, fast paced with a great cast, and more than enough for both adults and children to enjoy.
