A chronicle of the days leading up to Jeff Buckley’s performance at his father’s tribute concert in 1991.
6/10 – This won’t appeal to a general audience, but for those who like Tim & Jeff Buckley’s music it is worth a watch. Penn Badgley has the difficult task of matching Jeffs vocals, and does a job so convincing I had to check afterwards if they’d actually used excerpts from Jeffs live shows.
Other than the live performances, the film just meandered on with very little to keep my interest.
